Orders & Payments

Please double-check your email inbox and spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. Additionally, we may also share it via WhatsApp or other communication channels provided by you.

We currently accept payment via ASEAN QR Code Payment Systems (DuitNow, QRIS, SGQR, QRPh, Thai QR Payment), eligible e-wallets, Visa, or Mastercard only.

All payments are to be made online at www.wehantar.com or directly through our WeHantar WhatsApp Chat Service.

Unfortunately, exchanges and refunds are strictly not allowed for changes of mind, quantity, or size.

We are unable to make amendments to orders once they are successfully processed.

Prices and Customs Duties (Fees)

Prices for the WeHantar service are published at www.wehantar.com. Alternatively, you can chat with us directly via WhatsApp at +60183226530.

Should your box(es) be held at local or port customs, WeHantar will share the official bill with either the sender or receiver for all customs duties and import taxes before attempting delivery.

Full payment should be made to WeHantar using local quoted currencies based on the official bill(s).

Unfortunately, exchanges and refunds are strictly not allowed for changes of mind, quantity, or size.

Yes, we will contact you immediately if there are any customs duties/import taxes.

Please be informed that if you fail to make full payment of customs duties/import taxes after thirty (30) days from the first official WeHantar notification email, WeHantar reserves the right to dispose of or take ownership of the box(es) and all of its contents without attempting delivery or returning the boxes back to the original sender.

WeHantar will attempt to notify you three (3) times within a period of thirty (30) days to make full payment of customs duties/import taxes.

Customs duties and import fees are subject to current government laws and regulations. Hence, WeHantar is unable to control and foresee any possible customs duties/import fees charges that might incur to our customers.

WeHantar Service and Delivery

We aim for our prices to be transparent and reasonable for all. Hence, with every payment to WeHantar, you will receive one empty carton box (based on your box size purchase), free delivery to your doorstep, pick-up from your given address, and delivery to your recipient’s address!

We are a supply chain aggregator that strives for convenience and affordability. Our customers must first purchase an empty carton box from WeHantar, declare their items, and we will pick up and deliver to your address door-to-door!

Delivery of an empty WeHantar carton box should take around 3-4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery of WeHantar box(es) to the recipient will take about 3-6 weeks (depending on customs, port traffic, congestion, or any other valid reasons) once the box(es) are picked up by WeHantar from the sender.

We use sea freight to send your boxes across the region!

Our pick-up schedule is every Tuesday and Friday from 9 am to 6 pm of the week, subject to driver availability and other unforeseen events.

WeHantar Boxes and Packing

To use WeHantar services, our customers are strictly required to use WeHantar official carton boxes.

Our boxes are made from the best materials and carefully designed to ensure convenience for our customers. With the WeHantar box(es), our customers can ensure that they are getting the best quality out there.

You can pack up to 75kg or to the box’s capacity for each individual box! As the saying goes, if it fits, we ship (pun intended).

Yes, our boxes can handle that much! Hence, as mentioned, please use WeHantar boxes for every delivery with WeHantar.

Both boxes can accommodate up to 75kg; however, our size M is smaller than size L by dimensions. We do charge a little bit more for the L size because it requires more strength to carry and transport.

No, of course not! Don’t be pressured if your box ends up much lighter than 75kg.

WeHantar reserves the right to charge our customers an additional RM 50 for every additional kilogram above 75kg, and this payment must be paid upon pick-up. By doing so, you agree that you bear all risks associated with possible damages to either the box and/or items en route to your desired destination. WeHantar does not take responsibility for any damages that occur to your box and items and holds the right to reject the box upon our assessment during pickup where it deems necessary.

Yes! We strongly advise our customers to wrap their items carefully and to include any other cushioning before packing.

This is strictly prohibited, and WeHantar will NOT accept any alterations/modifications/add-ons to the external layer of the WeHantar boxes.

We only allow our customers to use standard OPP tape to wrap the box flaps, and we encourage our customers to tape the WeHantar boxes using the H-taping method.

Please do NOT tape on any printing materials on the WeHantar boxes as this will affect the internal operational process for WeHantar.

Please write (with a marker pen) your Invoice ID number in this section based on the same Invoice ID in the automated email or Whatsapp confirmation received after every successful transaction. This number will serve as a tracking number for WeHantar and you.

You are highly encouraged to write (with a marker pen) the shipping details in this section that you have shared with WeHantar earlier.

Penalties

You are required to purchase a new WeHantar box separately before we can schedule a pickup. The price for a WeHantar M or L box will be RM50, inclusive of shipping to your address.

WeHantar reserves the right to impose charges for any change in pickup address set by our customers, as this requires additional costs to reschedule our driver’s availability. Charges are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Goods

Personal items are used items intended for personal use/consumption, not for sale or trade. Commercial goods, on the other hand, are brand new items intended for sale within the market or considered newly purchased items/products.

 Yes, it does. It’s a legal requirement for all senders to declare whether shipped items are for personal or commercial use.

This is strictly prohibited and against WeHantar and local customs laws/regulations. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to reject/confiscate/dispose of such items as required by the law.

Our customers are strongly advised to research current customs laws regarding goods/products that can be transported in and out of their countries. Additionally, customers are encouraged to refer to WeHantar’s prohibited items list.

Declaration

It is compulsory for our customers to declare desired goods/items and are encouraged to provide detailed descriptions of the items upon checkout or via our WeHantar Packing List.

 WeHantar does not accept any responsibility for items declaration as it is the sole duty of the sender to accurately declare the items and their value to the best of their knowledge. WeHantar and official customs officials reserve the right to question, halt, or seize any items suspected of breaching the law and regulations.

 Yes, you have the right to amend and make necessary changes to the item declaration only before WeHantar picks up the box for delivery. For any amendments, please contact info@wehantar.com.

Tracking

WeHantar will update you on the status and whereabouts of your box(es) via Whatsapp and/or email using the information that you have provided.

We will strictly inform only to either sender and the receiver about the status of the delivery via Whatsapp and/or email.

Yes, you may request to opt-out from receiving status updates.
